Bringing the pieces of
your health together.

One physician, with a simple goal: to use excellent medicine to help you live better.

I built this practice after years of studying and practicing medicine, and learning that the hardest part is often not knowing more. It is understanding the person in front of you well enough to know what the right decision is for their life.

I take the medical side of your care as seriously as it can be taken. But technical excellence is only useful if it serves the person in front of me. The point is to help you live well, not simply to practice medicine correctly.

The fundamentals should feel easy. You have direct access to your physician, enough time when something needs attention, careful follow-through, thoughtful medication and preventive care, and help coordinating the different parts of your medical life. The practice is deliberately small so those things can be done personally and well.

From there, my job is to keep the larger picture in view. To understand you well enough to know which problems deserve more attention, which recommendations actually fit your life, when to look deeper, and when medicine has started doing more than it needs to.

That is what I want this practice to be: technically excellent, deeply personal, and always focused on what the medicine is ultimately for.

Laguna Beach is the primary home of the practice, where I see patients locally and in person. I also maintain a small Connecticut presence in Westport, where I practiced for nearly eight years. Care there is primarily remote, with periodic in-person visits throughout the year.

This practice is for people who care a lot about who their doctor is.

They want someone who is technically excellent, but also curious about them as a person. Someone who listens closely, understands the life around the medical problem, and takes the time to figure out what actually matters rather than simply doing more.

That is how I like to practice. I want to know you well enough that the medicine becomes more specific to you over time. To know when something does not quite fit. When to look deeper. When to change course. When to encourage you. And sometimes when the best advice is to worry less and leave something alone.

I also think the relationship should feel human. We should be able to talk honestly, think through difficult things together, and genuinely enjoy working with one another. You should feel that your doctor knows you, is paying attention, and has a real stake in helping you do well.

The science matters enormously. So do judgment, trust, context, and having someone in your corner who understands the whole story.

If that is what you want from a physician, this practice was built for you.

Where I can help the most.

Quarterbacking your care.

Bringing the pieces together, clarifying what matters, and helping orchestrate the specialists, testing, and decisions that come next.

Prevention as the foundation.

A thorough understanding of your data and the current evidence, used to build a prevention plan that makes sense for you.

Building a strong and resilient body.

Understanding the metabolic factors that may be getting in the way, then building a practical plan around nutrition, body composition, strength, and long-term health.

Figuring out what's really going on.

A systematic approach to unresolved symptoms like fatigue, low energy, brain fog, reduced stamina, and feeling generally unwell.

Making your medications make sense.

We're all just chemistry. Let's look at yours. A careful review of medications, supplements, interactions, side effects, and what still deserves a place in the plan.

What's worth your attention in wellness.

An unbiased look at peptides, supplements, new research, and whatever everyone is talking about this month. Figuring out what's worth your attention so wellness doesn't have to be a full-time job.
