How It Works

Thoughtful medicine from a doctor who knows you. That's it.

Membership and Visits

The annual membership gives me the ability to stay involved in your health over time rather than only see you when something goes wrong.

It begins with a comprehensive annual review that becomes a living road map for your care. From there, I stay familiar with your history, medications, testing, and specialist care, and use that context to guide what happens next as your health changes.

Most of the ongoing work can happen through direct communication by email or phone, including review of results, medication questions, outside records, and new developments. Because I already know your history, many questions and decisions do not require a separate appointment.

When something deserves more time, a fuller evaluation, or regular structured follow-up, we will schedule a visit at a straightforward rate.

The practice is deliberately small so I can remain unusually reachable and involved while still practicing in a sustainable way.

This is private, direct care. I do not bill commercial insurance for physician services.

Insurance can still be used normally for labs, imaging, medications, specialists, and hospital care. Out-of-network documentation is available upon request.

When something comes up

When something new comes up, reach out. Because I already know your history, medications, and the larger picture, I can often help quickly sort out what matters and what the next step should be.

Sometimes that is a message or a short call. Sometimes it deserves a proper visit. And often I can manage the issue directly, including arranging testing, treatment, or follow-up when appropriate.

During regular practice hours, I am directly reachable by phone, email, or message. I also maintain an after-hours emergency line for established patients when something related to your care truly cannot wait.

I am still one physician, though, and there will be times when I am unavailable, away, or when a problem simply needs immediate hands-on evaluation. In those situations, urgent care or an emergency department may be the right first step. I can then help make sense of what happened and carry the plan forward.
